Our services and fees may be structured in a number of different ways, dependent upon the needs of an individual business

  • Management Consulting.

This approach would allow us to review the financial and operational effectiveness of any given property and to identify suitable recommendations and actions on a short term basis.

  • Management Contract.

By entering into a Management Contract agreement, Assured Hotels would assume full management responsibility for a property on a contractual basis. These contracts are generally for the short and medium term, with a minimum 12 week contract stipulation.
